Customer Support and Policy Terms

By accessing or using the Website and/or downloading and using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website or downloading the Products.

Grant of License:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and download, install, and use the Products for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Products.

Restrictions:
You shall not:

b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Products;

c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Products or on the Website;

d) Use the Products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party;

e) Use the Products to create a competing product or service, or for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Company.

Ownership:
The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Website and the Products, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership or proprietary rights in the Website or the Products.

Support and Updates:
The Company may, at its discretion, provide you with technical support and updates for the Products. The terms and conditions governing such support and updates will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Website and the Products are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The use of the Website and the Products is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, the Website, or the Products, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Construction Companion regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

By using the Construction Companion Website or downloading the Products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
